Studio Rentals
Stony Brook is now accepting applications for our art studio rentals! Stony Brook is a small working art studio that is made up of 4 individual art studios. We have a main room where art classes can be held, along with a private washroom/utility sink area for clean-up. We are located inside the beautifully restored Chelmsford Mills.
The available studios are between 110-180sq ft in size (these studios are not equipped to house large tools/machinery). They would be perfect for illustrators, painters, sculptors, fiber artists, jewelry makers, etc. Rental rates will be between $495-525 a month which will include all utilities/amenities of the unit and building.
