Stony Brook Art Studios is the new home of Farmhouse Felts. Please check back for upcoming information on classes and open studio events.
Stony Brook is now accepting applications for our art studio rentals! Stony Brook is a small working art studio that is made up of 4 individual art studios. We have a main room where art classes can be held, along with a private washroom/utility sink area for clean-up. We are located inside the beautifully restored Chelmsford Mills.
The available studios are between 110-180sq ft in size (these studios are not equipped to house large tools/machinery). They would be perfect for illustrators, painters, sculptors, fiber artists, jewelry makers, etc. Rental rates will be between $450-499 a month which will include all utilities/amenities of the unit and building.
